What is the meaning of Shaoshang
Shaoshang: “Shao”,samll or little,”Shang”,Shang refers to one of the five sounds in ancient China,sound of Lung is Shang.The name of “Shaoshang” means that the flow of Qi in this point is dripping down. The substance of this point is the water-qi from the Yuji acupoint. Because of the split-flow of the upper point, the water-qi in the Shaoshang acupoint is quite little,like water clock dripping.Hence the name.
